- 3 years ago I recorded my very first songs with my good friend Illman
- 3 years ago I let my friend hold the cd to burn the tracks
- that year my friend Illman was murdered right down the street in the house that recorded those same songs in…
- Today 6/26/11 i just got that cd back and havnt heard the songs since 3 years ago.
The fact Im hearing my friends voice again for the first time since he died made me burst out in tears and im still in tears. Its weird hearing him its like i almost forgot what he sounded like even tho i wanna smile because some of the metaphors and things in his lyrics are funny i cry because this is all i have left….i miss my friend alot….R.I.P Illman
Im a very stiff person lol
Ive always been a Athlete but ive never been as flexible as ive wanted to be. I havnt been able to sit in a true indian style since before puberty lol
To help the indian style sitting im learning Groin streches. The groin is the creases at the junction of the torso and legs on both sides of your private area. Just did it for the first time and already feel a difference. Im also gonna try hip streches and calf stretches.
Stretching will now be apart of my everyday life! lol
no problem! how was your birthday?
and the camera is great! i only have done one spur of the moment video but i have a series of videos coming soon just have to work out the deets…but ive been having a blast taking pics! :)
My church The Greater Philadelphia Church of Christ is raising money for the work with HIV & AIDS in Africa. We are rasing the money for Hope Worldwide which are people who are actually gonna go and help in Africa. This Sunday 6/26/11 (as in tomorrow) we have set up a deal with Qdoba (which is on Temples campus on Broad & Cecil Bmore) to pass out certificates. If you buy 1 burrito and drink with the certificate a $1.50 will go towards Hope Worldwide & Africa. Starting at 12pm they will be people passing out the certificates in front of the Qdoba until 10pm. We all love those Qdoba burritos so lets use what we love and spend our money on to help someone else!
ps: if your intrested in attending the church service and hearing more information about Hope Worldwide & Just get to hear how great God is The address is

As of today...CAMP SEASON HAS STARTED! (well for the consular’s, the kids will be there tomorrow) Its funny to think 5 yrs ago you had to convince me to go to camp and I was only consular to get hours for high school and now I dont see my summer being summer with out being there for 2 weeks. Its just super relaxing to be away from everything: internet, drama, tv, radio, distraction and be thrown into a place where you get to be in nature, meet ppl from all over the world Grow closer to God and help others grow closer. Its just a amazing feeling. I wish I was going today but I wont be there until July :(
Im really counting down the days till Im eating camp food, drinking nothing but water and watered down juice, RAIDS, quiet times by the lake, making new friends, growing closer to old ones, SHAVING CREAM FIGHT, GAGA, being a big sister to teens and young girls, singing camp songs, Night under the stars, bomb fires, learning how to swim (yes im determined to learn this summer!!) chants, etc etc etc
Dont worry now that I have Blanco you guys will get another good taste of it :)
So tonight we had a devo (a get together with a lesson about God and hanging out) with the teens. Since Ive been going to devos since I was a teen it was like a weird Deja Vu feeling. We met in a gymnasium and as soon as I got in it was the boys playing ball and the girls talking and playing volleyball. Thats how it always was boys playing ball girls catching up with random stories from the week. And of course we did a teen tradition and played dodgeball…its just something about that game that teens just love…i think its the fact that you can hit someone in the face “accidently” lol. It was fun it kinda made me miss my teen years as I was bussing it up with the youngins and hearing there so called problems lol if they only knew…
